Several new projects in Monaco allow the Principality to continue its march towards ever greater excellence! Land of history turned towards the future, its city continues to see its urbanization extend in all dimensions, creating a luxurious and refined real estate offer. To meet the growing demand for luxury housing, the second-smallest country in the world must show ingenuity to foster the emergence of structures adapted to a booming real estate market. Architects and real estate developers compete to allow the extension of the living space on such a small surface and opt for modern, innovative and resolutely contemporary solutions to satisfy buyers.
The attractiveness of Monaco is well established, the many new projects in Monaco recently completed and the list of projects in progress can testify to this. New real estate still in full swing in the Principality
The 2010s were rich in launches of titanic new projects in Monaco. Evidenced by the recent culmination of many projects that have led to a radical but successful transformation of some parts of the city.
Back on 4 colossal projects.
One Monte Carlo
The One Monte Carlo complex is a perfect illustration of the Principality's new ambitions in building construction. Both residential and commercial, its structure on the famous Place du Casino includes 6 pavilions for long-term rental. Their innovative design allows the beneficiaries to enjoy an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean and the most emblematic monuments of the Principality. All this while enjoying a veryhigh standard with private pools and rooftop terraces. To complement the environment, art galleries, conference rooms and many luxury shops are located underground, on the lower floors and along the brand new pedestrian street. In February 2019, the inauguration paid a well-deserved tribute to what promises to be the symbol of the Principality's new ambitions.
Among the new programs undertaken in Monaco, the Stella was one of the most awaited. And its inauguration in 2018 did not disappoint. The bold design of this complex of 2 villas and 99 luxury apartments in the heart of the Condamine district, with beautiful views of Port Hercule, includes two buildings interconnected by corridors every two floors. The duplex apartments have two terraces communicating with the rooms and lounges while the villas have an indoor pool, a sauna and even a private cinema. To complete the ensemble and introduce a little diversity, the lower floors are intended for offices, a school and the headquarters of the University of Monaco. To make traveling easier, designers have added basement parking.
26 Carré d'or Tower
26 Carré d'or Tower, with its refinement and prestigious location, is the dream of any real estate developer. Overlooking the Casino Square, it adjoins the Hotel de Paris and extends its vision far to the Mediterranean. In the second half of 2019, the 20-storey tower, complete with luxury stores, offices and a spa and fitness area will open its doors to happy tenants. They also enjoy a swimming pool 15 meters long which is exclusively reserved for them. The penthouse, which occupies the top 4 floors, has its own private pool on its panoramic roof terrace. A dream vision for a city that is no less.
Palais de la Plage
On the Larvotto Beach, between the Estoril building and the Bahia building, a new modern building takes the place of a bourgeois building from the beginning of 1900. Completed in December 2020, the Palais de la Plage accommodates 12 apartments of prestige including a duplex and a triplex, two commercial areas as well as 41 parking spaces.

The future of new constructions in the Principality
If Monaco is a city that has already taken the turn of modernity, it does not rest on its laurels. The Principality is teeming with real estate projects in progress and new programs testify to the vitality of a Monegasque real estate market in turmoil.
Anse du Portier
The Principality's ambitious sea expansion project demonstrates the Prince's ambition to expand the living space while keeping ecological considerations in mind. In 2025, the new district will house luxury buildings, shops, marina and preserved areas to provide a pleasant living environment for its inhabitants. The facilities will be designed with a view to sustainable development, with rainwater recovery, electric bicycles, solar panels and heat pumps.
Lighthouse of the modernity of the Principality, the Testimonio II complex will be inaugurated in 2022. On Princess Grace Avenue, the structure will combine landscaped spaces, luxury private and public apartments and will host the brand new International School of Monaco. Public elevators have even been provided to facilitate the movement of residents to beaches and shops nearby.
During 2021, the Principality will be equipped with a new residential tower which, again, will meet the criteria of sustainable development. Witness of booming real estate, the tower on Boulevard du Tenao will house 73 luxury apartments spread over 22 floors. All amenities have been included in its design with shops, spa, swimming pools and integrated car parks.
Between Bellevue Street and Respiro Street, there is sustained activity since 2018, on the site of Villa Palazzino. Designed to house several luxury apartments of high quality and varied surfaces, the delivery of the site is scheduled for 2021.
At the entrance to Monaco, on the Moyenne Corniche, you can see that a new building has just been born. Here, the building L’Exotique is being developed, it offers 66 prestigious apartments on 8 floors, each accommodation offering a magnificent view of the Rock and the Mediterranean. Residents can benefit from an indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam.
The project also provides for the construction of 4 commercial premises, a police station, a tourist office and a large car park divided between private and public use.
