La Condamine is the most commercial district of the Principality of Monaco. By staying in this privileged area, you will have access to many shops and the local market that is held on the Place d’Armes. This apartment occupies the last two floors of block A and has a total surface of 740 m2 including 310 m2 of exterior surfaces. The architects also incorporated two villas in the residence, a private dwelling of 680 m2 and a villa of 820 m2 intended for office use.

Residence 45G
In an exceptional location, next to Place Sainte-Dévote and at the foot of Port Hercule, you will find the building “45G”, located at 45 Grimaldi. Under construction, its delivery is scheduled for 2021.
Designed by architect Frédéric Genin (Arch Monaco), the building will have 16 floors and 7 levels of basements.
