Since its delivery in the first quarter of 2019, the superb pedestrian complex One Monte-Carlo of 7 buildings completely modifies the environment of the Carré d’Or in Monaco.
This mixed project brings together in the same place luxury apartments, a conference center, an office building and a luxury shopping area. Built from 2016 to 2019 in the location of the former Winter Sporting, the One Monte-Carlo, representing nearly 75,000m2 of floor, was inaugurated by the princely couple in February 2019.
This very contemporary realization opens interesting perspectives for an installation in Monaco. The residential part is present in the 6 buildings A, B, C, D, E and F. The buildings A and B are the highest, on the side of the Hermitage Hotel and the Beaumarchais Square. On the high floors, the views are spectacular, from the Rocher to Roquebrune. The architecture of the buildings is bold, highlighting elegant curves and redefining the limit between the inside and the outside, thanks to a system of retractable facades.
The complex comprises 37 prestigious apartments, from 60 to 800m², from 2-room apartments to six-bedroom triplexes with private pools and roof terraces …
The apartments are only available for long term rental and are delivered unfurnished. The ‘5-star’ services offered are: a concierge and valet service, access to the swimming pool and fitness room of the Hotel de Paris, housekeeping, room service and laundry.
The project benefited from the contributions of recognized professionals, architects Sir Richard Rodgers and Alexandre Giraldi, as well as interior designers Bruno Moinard and Claire Bétaille.

This particularly ambitious project confirms the Principality’s willingness to positively evolve its urban framework towards an environment luxurious but also green, with the redesign of the gardens of Boulingrins.
The 23 luxury boutiques at the foot of the buildings, along the Princess Charlene Promenade, are spectacular with their oversized windows, 7m high, allowing the different levels of shops to be viewed from the outside. The Louis-Vuitton boutique, the largest of this ensemble, occupies 500 m2 in an angle overlooking the Casino Square, on three levels arranged as a private space.
