The future of new constructions in the Principality
If Monaco is a city that has already taken the turn of modernity, it does not rest on its laurels.
The Principality is teeming with real estate projects in progress and new programs testify to the vitality of a Monegasque real estate market in turmoil.

The Principality's
ambitious sea expansion project demonstrates the Prince's ambition to expand the living space while keeping ecological considerations in mind. In 2025, the new district will house luxury buildings, shops, marina and preserved areas to provide a pleasant living environment for its inhabitants.
The facilities will be designed with a view to sustainable development, with rainwater recovery, electric bicycles, solar panels and heat pumps.

Lighthouse of the modernity of the Principality, the Testimonio II complex will be inaugurated in 2022. On Princess Grace Avenue, the structure will combine
landscaped spaces, luxury private and public apartments and will host the brand new International School of Monaco. Public elevators have even been provided to facilitate the movement of residents to beaches and shops nearby.

In 2021, the Principality will be equipped with a new residential tower which, again, will meet the criteria of sustainable development. Witness of a booming real estate market, the tower of the Tenao Boulevard will host
73 luxury apartments spread over 22 floors. All amenities have been included in its design with shops, spa, swimming pools and integrated car parks.

Between Bellevue Street and Respiro Street, there is sustained activity since 2018, on the site of
Villa Palazzino. Designed to house several luxury apartments of high quality and varied surfaces, the delivery of the site is scheduled for 2021.

At the entrance to Monaco, on the Moyenne Corniche, you can see that a new building has just been born. Here, the building
L’Exotique is being developed, it offers 66 prestigious apartments on 8 floors, each accommodation offering a magnificent view of the Rock and the Mediterranean. Residents can benefit from an indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam.
The project also provides for the construction of 4 commercial premises, a police station, a tourist office and a large car park divided between private and public use.
Delivery of the site is scheduled for 2022.

On the Larvotto Beach, between the Estoril and the Bahia buildings, a new modern building takes the place of a bourgeois villa of 1900. This is a private programm that will be completed by the end of 2020 and which will offer 12 prestigious apartments including a duplex and a triplex, two retail spaces as well as 41 parking spaces.
